Liu Xiao is a supporting character in the Shiguang Dailiren anime series, and presumably the overaching antagonist.
He has purple hair and purple eyes, with two moles under eye and a neck tattoo, wears round glasses and a black hat, along with a black jacket, grey shirt and black pants.
