A special form of the kuuhenki spirits that reside in Nod-Krai, born from blessings of the Moon Goddess.
A Luonnotar is light blue in color, small, and freely floats in the air. It has two long ears, very long wings that drape to its sides, and two arms it keeps folded in front of itself. It has two perpetually closed eyes, and a crescent-shaped forehead mark.
