Naked apron often covers the breasts (or at a bare minimum, the nipples) and genitals while leaving the ass exposed. Waist aprons that leave the breasts fully exposed exist as well.
Despite the name, characters wearing a naked apron should not be tagged as nude. Clothing that doesn't cover the privates, such as thighhighs or elbow gloves, may be worn with a naked apron. See nearly naked apron for an apron worn with underwear or a swimsuit beneath.
