He is a rookie member of the South Sector.
He used to be a delinquent, but after being saved by a "Hero" from a fire, he aspired to become one due to admiration. He may be belligerent and short-tempered, but he also has compassion. He's the type to rush headfirst into something once he's made up his mind.
