Paris Whitney Hilton (born February 17, 1981) is a media personality and socialite whose a member of the billionaire Hilton family who owns the Hilton Hotels & Resorts, now led by her father, Richard Hilton. She became famous in the early 2000s when she and her friend Nicole Richie, the adopted daughter of singer Lionel Richie, appeared in the hit reality show, The Simple Life (2003-2007), where Paris and Nicole try to live and work as regular people with mixed and hilarious results.
