Phantasm Rod - Cheerful is a Kaleidostick that belongs to Arcueid,using it to transform into Phantas-Moon.
Making it's debut in Take Moon,originally it's design featured bat wings and a star shaped connecting the top and the rod part.A crown was located at the top.
It got redesigned after appearing in Fate/Grand Order.
