Pictures of characters that were never meant to be cute, cuddly and/or attractive, drawn exactly like that. No "HHHHNNNNNNGGG" inducing-ness necessary, but it can make for a convenient bonus.
Note: While some personification is allowed, most of the character design should still be intact. It should still look like a muscly badass or hulking monster, except that you now want to hug it.
