This does not mean "post whatever you want". This should have a picture where everyone's doing something randomly different in contrast to everyone else. It can also show a part where everyone has a mood that completely contradicts a situation. For example, people throwing an unannounced party when they should be evacuating a burning building counts. Emotion charts DO NOT count. Randomness should be seen 100% throughout the picture.
