Psyqhical was created for the M.U.G.E.N fangame The King of Fighters Memorial, where he serves as the right-hand man of Gustav Munchausen.
Appearance-wise, Psyqhical is very obviously a sprite edit of Duo Lon. In-game, however, he is absurdly overpowered; making use of many infinite priority attacks.
Psyqhical has resulted in many edited characters M.U.G.E.N. that are based off of him in some manner; Physalis (Alice Margatroid) is one such edit.
