A character from Genshin Impact. Also known as "The Foul", he is one of the Five Sinners of Khaenri'ah and the master of Skirk. He owns the All-Devouring Narwhal, which he considers a pet.
Surtalogi was a knight from Khaenri'ah who trained under Haden to learn Black Serpent Bladework. Haden was very cruel and would give unjust punsihments, once mutilating him for following the ideals of knighthood, which resulted in the loss of various limbs. He was best friends with Dainsleif, but their friendship ended after Surtalogi became one of the Five Sinners.
After gaining the power of the Abyss he decided to travel the universe in search of an opponent who can best him. Eventually, he encountered Skirk and took her in as a disciple, teaching her Black Serpent Bladework and how to wield the power of the Abyss. He later sent Skirk away to train on her own, hoping that one day she will surpass him.
Surtalogi is able to take on any form he desires, though he usually takes the form of a humanoid wearing abyssal armor and wielding a greatsword.
