In the final tally of fan votes as noted on in the Bunkasha Official Illustrated Book series 001 showing stills from the game, Naoko came in first place with 2740 votes.
Due to Naoko's popularity, she would appear in the final volume of this series, The Grand Finale. She would also become a playable character in the dating simulation game made from Grand Prix, Find Love: Rhapsody.
