The host of Toonami. He debuted in 1999 as the successor to the Space Ghost Coast to Coast incarnation of Moltar, taking over hosting responsibilities. He would later be joined by SARA as a co-host.

TOM has switched bodies several times since his debut. TOM 1, voiced by Sonny Strait, would be the host from 1999 to 2000, when he was replaced during the events of The Intruder. TOM 2, from then on voiced by Steve Blum, would host from 2000 to 2003, when he was replaced during the events of Endgame. TOM 3 hosted from 2003 to 2007, when he would be phased out in favor of TOM 4, who hosted until Toonami's original end in 2008. TOM 4 would be made into his own character after Toonami came back, with TOM 3 returning from 2012 to 2013, when he got upgraded to TOM 5 without explanation. TOM 5 would host from 2013 to 2019, and be replaced during the events of The Forge with TOM 6, who has been the host since.

On Cartoon Network Japan, where Toonami ran from 2002 to 2008, TOM was voiced by Kusao Takeshi. In 2018, for Adult Swim's April Fools, Toonami would partially air in Japanese, with TOM being voiced by Masa Kanome.
