ヴラディレーナ・ミリーゼ レーナ

Vladilena Milizé, nicknamed Lena, is a female main character from the light novel series 86 -EightySix-. Lena is one of the Alba, a race characterized by their silver hair (appearing light blue, white, or grey), and silver eyes (appearing grey). Lena has long hair with bangs that is usually unadorned and loose, with two antenna-like ahoge.

At the start of the series she is 16 years old, but through a combination of talent and connections has already obtained the commissioned officer rank of Major in the Republic of San Magnolia's military. Lena usually wears a San Magnolia military uniform, which is a blue military uniform composed of a blue, high-collared, long-sleeved, cropped jacket with an armband, a white shirt with blue and gold trim, a blue high-waist skirt, a white o-ring belt with one strap on one side and two straps on the other, a blue military peaked cap, white thighhighs, and blue boots. She wears her uniform along with white thighhighs supported by garter straps (the author admitted this was due to his own fetish for garter belts).

At the beginning of the series she is assigned as the handler of Spearhead Squadron and goes by the call sign Handler One. After the events of the first cour of the anime/first volume of the light novel, Lena dyes a streak of her hair red and wears a black variant of her uniform, changing the color of her jacket, skirt, hat, thighhighs, and boots, thus including all five colors of the San Magnolia Republic's flag in her appearance. She later obtains the nicknames "Bloody Reina" and "The Bloodstained Queen".
