A collection of some submissions to 4chan, where following submission, the users of 4chan with 4chan Pass would vote to choose a design to be a new Virtual YouTuber, with other popular designs getting prizes too.

voting period: 2018 October 1 ~ October 8 for first phase, October 8 ~ October 15 for top 20
