amatsukaze kai ni (kancolle)
The second remodel/kai ni of Kantai Collection's Amatsukaze, as seen in post #6471084.
Her kai ni changes her original black serafuku to a black pleated dress with a white sailor collar, and a black jacket, while her original red necktie changes to a white one. Besides the changes, her twintail hair ornaments, red rudder thigh boots, head funnel, torpedo tubes, and Rensouhou-kun remain unchanged from base form.
