anna miller
A chain of restaurants in Hawaii and Japan. The first branch opened in 1973 in Hawaii, then expanded to 25 locations in Japan later that year.
The chain is famous for its waitress uniforms, which consist of a high-waisted pink or orange dress framing the underbust, an attached apron, a white blouse, and a heart-shaped name tag.
Anna Miller's physical restaurants in Japan were once all closed by August 31, 2022, after which the Japanese franchise existed as an online shop until a new physical store in Tokyo was opened on February 13, 2026.
