A recruitable companion from Fallout: New Vegas and researcher for the Followers of the Apocalypse. Arcade is a blonde Caucasian man wearing a pair of glasses and a lab coat by default. He is reluctant to open up about himself, but can be persuaded to join the player, so long as the player doesn't aid Caesar's Legion. Despite being a scientist, Arcade is unusually proficient with Energy Weapons, carrying a powerful Plasma Defender energy pistol by default.
After gaining his trust, Arcade will reveal that he is a member of the Enclave remnants, who've scattered after their defeats in previous games, with his apprehension due to being aware of the Enclave's stained reputation.
