He's the son of a wealthy multimillionaire. Since he grew up in an environment where everything goes the way he wants, he always immediately tries to bend people to his will by force. He only cares for himself no matter the situation.
While his social status provided him a huge advantage in receiving his "Hero" promotion, his strength as a "Hero" is incredible. Despite this, he seems to crave for even more power.
He used to bully Gray_reverse when they were both in the Academy.
