Known by the epithet Gouka The Flame, Gouka is the first-ranked officer of the Jogenshu (Crescent Moon Blades) Faction, serving as a member of the Council of The Wind, Forest, Flame, and Mountain. She shares this membership with Yanagiha Fuuka, Asano Ayaka, and Shiratoshi Ouka.
