asymmetrical arms

When a character's arms are physically asymmetrical. Often used to comedically imply a character masturbates a lot by giving them a single exaggeratedly muscular arm.

If the arms are the same but they are wearing asymmetrycal clothes, use asymmetrical sleeves or asymmetrical gloves instead.
