Nikkes responsible for auditing corruption within the government, she is also an idol manager by trade, having been a fan of Anis during her heydays as an idol.
She currently serves as a manager for T.T. Star.
Avistar has very long grey hair tied into double buns with twintails, bangs hanging between her eyes, long sidelocks, purple eyes and wears a pair of black glasses. She wears a black peaked cap with multiple red bows, a short grey dress with side slits, epaulettes on her shoulders, a black oversized collared coat on her shoulders with a pin on the left lapel, black partially fingerless gloves and a pair of black high heel thigh boots. She has a red armband on the right sleeve of her coat and a gold iron cross on her collar.
