An award (commonly known as the Battle "E") given annually to a small number of United States Navy ships that win their battle effectiveness competition.
This usually refers to a smokestack-shaped hair ornament worn by Saratoga of Kantai Collection, but it can be used for any reference to the Battle Efficiency Award.
