    beijing slouch

    葛优躺 葛优瘫

    Basically this pose.

A famous Chinese internet meme originated from an episode of an 1993 Chinese sitcom I Love My Home, where actor Ge You, who played a lazy ruffian in the show, lying in the sofa in this pose while claiming he is "paralyzed".

When you see an image with a character lying down in a very lazy way--especially when the artist is known to be Chinese or having Chinese characters in the picture--there is a very high chance that they are referencing this meme.
