The most common design have blue spots on their heads and wear a blue vest.
A Blue Toad also debuts as a playable character in New Super Mario Bros. Wii as Mario's sidekick along with Luigi and Yellow Toad. This specific Toad is commonly paired with Yellow Toad. The Toad that's playable in Super Mario 3D World is also a Blue Toad.
