Bobby Jean is a secondary antagonist featured in the ninth part of the Jojo no Kimyou Na Bouken's series, The Jojolands.

He is an agent and investigator affiliated with the HOWLER Company, assigned to exterminate the group who viewed the original paper copies of HOWLER's land deeds. Bobby is also a Stand user, enhancing his marksmanship with Glory Days.

Bobby Jean is a man with an average height and build. He has sharp facial features with thick, arched eyebrows, thin cheeks, and a mustache. He wears a bucket hat patterned with crosshair symbols all around it. He also has thick, long sideburns and a ponytail.

Bobby's outfit is a tight-fitted long sleeve shirt with long pointed collars and rectangular buttons. It has a ribbed hem and cuffs. The back of his shirt has a graphic print of three flowers. He also wears shorts, thigh-high socks, and shoes.

Bobby Jean carries a legally authorized gun and silencer with him, hidden in the back of his shorts. It resembles a USP45 semi-automatic pistol.
