Original otter character drawn by Uchida Shuu as a concept character for Kancolle Arcade (see post #3442956). Name (as Uchida herself wrote on her illustration) literally means "I'm an Otter." The paper otter was later made into a real life mascot for the 2019 KanColle Zuiun and Reppu Paradise Festival at the Yokusuka Seaside Paradise Amusement Park.
