One Piece character. Captain of a circus-themed pirate ship and Luffy's rival. Formerly one of the Shichibukai, and later on the figurehead leader of the Cross Guild and one of the Four Emperors.
Buggy originally served as an apprentice for Gol D. Roger's pirate crew alongside Shanks.
Having consumed the Bara Bara no Mi Devil Fruit, he can split his body into pieces and control said pieces at will.
He is voiced by Chiba Shigeru.
