A character depicted is wearing a stereotypical burglar outfit.

In the US such outfits are typically all dark clothing and/or striped prison clothes. On their head they typically wear a mask that at minimum covers the eyes with a beanie or hood over their head. Alternatively they may wear a balaclava. Generally they will always carry a bag to carry their stolen loot, and in some cases the bag may feature a money symbol such as a dollar sign.

In Japan they're typically depicted wearing a cloth over their head and tied underneath their nose and carrying a large patterned green cloth or bag on their back to carry loot.
