A kibo from Azur Promilia.

Resembles a giant white bird with green peacock-like feathers on its tail and cabbage leaves on its head. It loosely shares some similarities with manjuus, the mascots of Azur Promilia and Azur Lane developers, Shanghai Manjuu.
