A clothing cutout that exposes a character's chest, breasts, pectorals or cleavage.
A cutout is a hole or opening that closes at both the upper and lower edges, in the same layer of clothing. Note that having a cleavage cutout doesn't necessarily mean the character has breasts or that there is cleavage between any breasts they do have.
If the cutout is big enough to expose full cleavage, it may also be a center opening.
