cyclops
A character depicted that has a single eye in the middle of their forehead. Named after the Greek race of beings known for that feature. The Greek variant are usually depicted as giants, while the Japanese variant, often based on the child-like youkai Hitotsume-kozō, tend to have more human proportions. Robots such as the Zaku II are also counted.
Sometimes referred to as "Monoeyes".
