A minor NPC in Fire Emblem: Path Of Radiance and an antagonist in Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn.
One of the legendary Three Heroes, and the only one still living, Deghinsea is the stubborn, isolationist King of Goldoa, a kingdom populated by Dragon Laguz. Committed to upholding the promise to Ashera that there will be no war for 1,000 years, Deghinsea isolated Goldoa from the rest of the world, while staying neutral in international affairs. This has caused him to come under scrutiny from other Laguz tribes, due to his inaction towards the Laguz Slave Trade in Begnion.
After Ashera judges the world and petrifies most of Telius, Deghinsea and nearly the entire population of Goldoa ally with Ashera as part of her Disciples of Order, coming into conflict with Ike, Micaiah, and their allies.
