Original character belonging to an anonymous requester on 4chan's /a/ board (Anime and Manga), featured in the drawfag threads. She is the moe personification of the phrase "Delicious Flat Chest," which is typically abbreviated as "DFC."
Originally posted as an ordinary request, the original image, drawn by Ryotashi, was posted in early 2013, gaining traction and notoriety among 4chan users and other niche anime communities. The character eventually became a minor meme and used as a common reaction image against large breast admirers.
Within a month of her popularity, her creator had another character created, DCT-tan (Delicious Cow Tits), DFC's younger sister, an albino oppai loli foil who contrasted DFC-tan, specifically in regards to her chest size.
