dlsite.com 15 year anniversary contest
A mascot character contest held on Nico Nico Seiga for the 15 year anniversary of DLsite.com
The theme was a "Home Security 'Girl'" (自宅警備 "娘"). This is a play on the slang term "Home Security Guard" (自宅警備員 [jitaku keibi'in], sometimes abbreviated as JK). The term means something like NEET. It's used for people that, instead of going to work or school, are at home all day. The joke is that they're not NEETs, they're home security guards. It's simply their job to stay home all day and "guard" it. See here for more info on the term.
