doomguy
The player character of the Doom series. Also known as the Doom Marine and the Doom Slayer. Usually depicted as a muscular space marine with green armor and a helmet.
Not much is known about Doomguy's life prior to the Doom games, but it is known that he was transferred to Mars in the first place because he had assaulted a superior officer for ordering soldiers to fire upon civilians.
In the classic Doom games, the story actually started when Mars has gone to heck, the demons and its arches of hell had began spreading in Phobos in the moon of Mars, turning the entire moon into a platform of Hell. From there, Doomguy began his quest to return to Earth and slayed many demons ranging from a pistol to a shotgun and a BFG-9000.
Doomguy has a pet rabbit called Daisy, but this in turn began his rage when the demons killed the rabbit and continues slaying demons in Earth (as it continues in Thy Flesh Consumed, Episode 4 of the first game).
In Doom II, Doomguy rescues most of the civilians from earth in order to close Hell once and for all. The story continues from Doom 64 (whereas he chose to remain in Hell forever so no demons can enter Earth or Mars but this eventually failed due to "The Lost Levels" expansion, where he got teleported by the Sister Resurrector.) and the Modern era of Doom 2016 and Doom Eternal (Itself a remake of Doom II).
