double-barred finch

Latin: Taeniopygia bichenovii

An Australian estrildid finch with a white face framed with black. The throat and underparts are separated by another black line. The upperparts and back of the neck are brown and the underparts are white. The wings are patterned in brown and white. The bill and feet are pale blue.
