AMX-009 Dreissen

A high speed, heavy (but very agile) MS developed by Haman Karn's Neo Zeon. Using data from the older Rick Dom II and inspired by the legendary Dom series, it performed very well using its sleeve beam cannons. It was Rakan Dahkaran's first mecha of choice during The First Neo Zeon War (Gundam ZZ).

During the units' tenure with the Sleeves, many issues with the design (namely the exposed arm cannon power cables) were ironed out and they were issued beam sabers to aid in close quarters combat.

The movable frame of the Dreissen was used years later by Mars Zeon to develop the more advanced -but old looking- RF Dom.
