A playable character from Goddess of Victory: NIKKE. Only a handful of people know her real name, to everyone else she is known only by her initials.
Her full name is Elysion Harper, and in her former life she was the leader of the terrorist group Heavenly Ascension. She is also Ingrid's half-sister; at one point in time she was even next in line to become CEO of Elysion.
She is deeply sympathetic towards the downtrodden and impoverished outcasts of the Ark. Unfortunately, this empathy leads to her being manipulated by Crow, resulting in an explosion blasting a hole in the Ark, allowing Raptures to invade and kill innocents. The immense guilt she feels over her involvement leads her to ask Ingrid to turn her into a Nikke so she can atone for her sins.
As of Chapter 39, she has replaced the now-incarcerated Crow as the leader of the Exotic squad.
