Suomus' third highest-ranked witch, and the squadron leader of the Suomus Air Force 24th Squadron. Known as "Invincible Lukkanen".

Her weapons are DP-28 and M53 machine guns. Her familiar is the Karelian bear dog. and she's based on Eilo Antero Luukkanen.
