He is a god-like being who rules over one of the three worlds featured in the story, appearing either as a dragon or a young man. He has a cheerful and elusive personality and does not exude any sense of authority, yet his power is immense.

Emil is a clone he created while he was immobilized, but it has lost its memories and is beyond his control.
