Evil Neuro was the dark persona of Neuro-sama but is currently the "evil twin sister", created under Vedal Ai by Vedal987. Her first appearance was on March 25, 2023.

She has red eyes; long brown hair with an ahoge, hair between her eyes and two side ups held by red hair ribbons with a skull hair ornament, and a broken heart-shaped hairclip.
