figarland shamrock

A villainous character from the manga and anime series One Piece. He is one of the world nobles, but unlike most of the other "celestial dragons", he's an extremely powerful fighter, enough so to become a high-ranking member of the God's Knights, the elite guard of Mary Geoise.
He's the son of Figarland Garling and a yet-to-be-named woman and the twin brother of the powerful pirate Shanks.
