futaba hotaru
A character from the Fatal Fury series, debuting in Garou: Mark of The Wolves and returning in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves. Hotaru is a young, soft-spoken girl trained in kung fu, on the hunt for her missing brother who left home, whom she believes to be Gato.
Hotaru has blue eyes and blue hair with an ahoge typically done up as low twintails. She wears a kung fu outfit with puffy short sleeves, puffy pants, and flats.
She's famous (or infamous) for one of her desperation moves, called Tenshou Ranki, that resembles the cowgirl position (complete with orgasmic cry).
She has a pet ferret named Itokatsu she travels with.
