Kotaro Fuuma (風魔 小太郎, Fūma Kotaro), often referred to by his last name, "Fuuma" (フウマ), is a character from the World Heroes competitive fighting video game series.

Fuuma is based on the Japanese historical figure of the same name, who was head of the Fuuma ninja clan and was born in April 2, 1555.

He is Hanzo Hattori's rival. His IQ is said to be "higher than a monkey's".
