gesugao
A character making a condescending, menacing, sinister, or downright psychotic facial expression. Often shown with an evil smile, smirk, or sneer, giving them a sense of utter disgust or contempt towards the viewer or other characters.
It may be seen when a nice character suddenly has an evil out of character moment, or in characters who are canonically evil (particularity when betraying the protagonist), or in the more crazed type of yandere.
The expression was popularized by Ebiblue's Gesugao Shipgirls collection, which was later turned in to a memetic music video set to the track U Got That.
