A fictional antagonist character from the Gundam franchise. He first appeared in Gundam ZZ from 1986.
Glemy Toto is a blonde haired ambitious and young (but high ranking) military officer in Haman Karn's Neo Zeon. His MS mecha of choice is the Bawoo.
He eventually turns rogue and stars a rebellion against Haman Karn to gain control of Neo Zeon. Dies at the end of the series vaporized by an energy blast from Roux Louka's Zeta Gundam.
