The Globus Cruciger (Lit. "Cross-bearing orb") is a heraldry symbol used for centuries as a symbol of Christ's dominion over the Earth and, by conscious extension, the divine right of kings. It appeared as an orb topped with a cross.

The best-known globus cruciger today is probably the English Sovereign's Orb, one of the signature pieces of the crown jewels of Britain, which was parodied by Monty Python as the "Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch".

The Kantai Collection incarnation of the British battleship HMS Warspite carries a black iron globus cruciger as part of her rigging (with the cross in the form of a sword with a radar antenna attached to the pommel), presumably as a reference to the crown jewels (much as her mast is designed to resemble the Sovereign's Sceptre with Cross).

The fashion brand Vivienne Westwood uses the globus cruciger as its logo and is featured in many of its designs.
