A Umamusume meme based on a "Once-in-a-Lifetime Encounter" event with Super Creek in which she tells the player, "Trainer! I want to play goo-goo babies today!" When the Trainer proceeds, Super Creek talks to the player like a baby.
In fanart this is taken even further, with Super Creek often portrayed as dangerously aggressive in her desire to coddle the trainer (or other umamusume, particularly Tamamo Cross), to the point of having an adult baby fetish.
