grady sisters (the shining)

Two young sisters from The Shining who, despite having been murdered before the events of the story, iconically appear to Danny Torrance in the Overlook Hotel's hallway, telling him to "come play with us." Although they are often depicted as twins (and were played by twins in the movie), they are eight and ten years old in the book.
