green tea

A variety of tea made from matcha powder. It is sometimes depicted in a yunomi, which is a Japanese teacup without handles.

Green tea doesn't pass a fermentation/oxidation stage after drying. The color of its leaves are dark green, and will result in a very lightly-coloured brew when steeped.
